Masai School Pay After Placement
Masai School follows a Pay After Placement (PAP) model. This means that students only pay tuition after they get a job in the tech industry. The ISA amount is capped at 20% of the student’s first year’s salary.

- Minimum CTC: You only pay Masai School if you earn more than the threshold CTC slabs. The current threshold CTC for the Full Stack Web Development course is INR 3.5 lakhs and for the Data Analytics course is INR 3 lakhs.
- 1-Year Grace Period: If you don’t get a job offer within 1 year of course completion, you pay nothing for your learning at Masai School.
- Monthly Payments: If you get a job offer with a CTC above the threshold, you will start paying Masai School 15% of your monthly income. The payments will continue for a maximum of 3 years or until you have paid the total amount, whichever comes first.
- Enforcement: If you are not working or if your income drops below the CTC mentioned in the Pay After Placement Agreement, the monthly payments will pause.
